By placing an order on www.adirasilver.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during major festive periods may require additional processing time.
Certain customised, made-to-order, personalised, or special jewellery pieces may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, the estimated timeline will be communicated to the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver orders to serviceable locations based on the shipping address and PIN code entered during checkout.
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
Courier or logistics delays
Public holidays
Weather conditions
Regional restrictions
High order volumes during festivals or promotional periods
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Adira Silver will make reasonable efforts to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any free-shipping offer displayed on the website may be subject to minimum order values, promotional conditions, locations, or other applicable terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication channels.
Tracking information may take a few hours after dispatch to become active on the courier partner's system.
Secure Jewellery Packaging
Because jewellery requires special handling, every Adira Silver order is carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
Customers are requested to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the package appears significantly damaged, tampered with, opened, or compromised, please contact us immediately.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
A damaged product
An incorrect product

please contact Adira Silver as soon as possible after receiving your order.
For faster verification, customers are strongly advised to record an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the product received.

After verification, our team will assist you in accordance with the applicable return, replacement, or refund policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
Recipient name
Mobile number

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Adira Silver will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery & Return to Origin
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, the courier partner may return the shipment to us.
If the customer requests the order to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Although we work with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.
If your order is significantly delayed or the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us so that our team can coordinate with the courier partner.
In the rare event that a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier partner, the matter will be handled according to Adira Silver's applicable replacement or refund terms.

Refund & Exchange Policy
At Adira Silver, every product is carefully inspected, quality-checked, and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of jewellery products, all purchases are considered final once an order has been delivered.
By placing an order on www.adirasilver.com, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund & Exchange Policy.
No Refunds
Adira Silver does not offer refunds on any products purchased through our website.
Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, the amount paid is non-refundable, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
Refund requests based on change of mind, personal preference, size preference, colour variation, design preference, or any other non-defective reason will not be accepted.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for products once they have been delivered.
Customers are requested to carefully review the product details, images, specifications, size, and other relevant information before placing an order.
A delivered product cannot be returned simply because the customer:
Changes their mind
Does not like the product after receiving it
Selects the wrong size
Selects the wrong design or product
No longer wishes to keep the item
Expected a slightly different colour, finish, appearance, or size
Exchange Only for Damaged or Broken Products
An exchange may only be considered if the product received is:
Physically broken
Damaged during transit
Defective upon delivery
Significantly different from the product ordered due to an error from our side
An exchange will only be approved after the claim has been reviewed and verified by the Adira Silver team.
Unboxing Video Is Mandatory
To protect both the customer and Adira Silver from incorrect or fraudulent claims, customers are required to record a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed courier package before opening
The shipping label/order details
The package being opened from the beginning
The jewellery/product being removed from the package
The complete condition of the product
Any visible damage, breakage, defect, or missing item
The recording must be continuous and must not contain cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
Claims for damaged, broken, defective, incorrect, or missing products may be rejected if a proper unboxing video is not provided.
Therefore, we strongly request all customers to record the entire unboxing process before opening the package.
Damaged Product Exchange Process
If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
You must provide:
Your order number
Registered name and phone number
Clear photographs of the damaged product

A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the submitted evidence.
If the claim is approved, Adira Silver will arrange an exchange/replacement of the damaged product, subject to product availability.

Products will only be eligible for exchange if:
The damage was present at the time of delivery
The product has not been used
The product has not been altered, repaired, resized, polished, or modified
All original packaging, tags, certificates, boxes, accessories, and invoices are available
Sufficient photographic and video evidence is provided

Products damaged after delivery
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, impact, chemicals, perfumes, water exposure, or misuse
Products that have been worn or used
Products that have been repaired, altered, resized, or modified by the customer or any third party
Minor variations in colour, finish, texture, or appearance caused by photography, lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted production
Product Availability for Exchange
If the exact replacement product is available, we will arrange an exchange after approval.
If the exact product is unavailable, our team may offer an alternative solution, such as:
Exchange with another available product of equivalent value
Store credit, where applicable
Another suitable resolution at Adira Silver's discretion
Any price difference for an alternative product may have to be paid by the customer.
Shipping for Approved Exchanges
If an exchange is approved because the product was damaged or defective when delivered, our team will provide further instructions regarding pickup or return shipping.
The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, boxes, accessories, and invoices.
A replacement will generally be dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately with your order details and complete unboxing video.
After verification, our team will assist you with the appropriate resolution.
Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
